The swimming pool was fantastic and mostly not busy...the room and bathroom were decent size (in the superior room). Private little beach area was not too bad and a short walk to a nicer beach which was great. Location was pretty good too, not very far to walk to the bus stop. Food was mostly good, some evenings it was a little over-cooked/mushy but mostly good. Staff very friendly and spoke many language.

Double bed means two singles pushed together. One of which was really really uncomfy. We stayed for 7 nights and sheets were only changed once. very family orientated and many children but we did expect that. Sound-proofing from kids running in the hallways not so good. No atm fascilities anywhere nearby (not the hotel's fault!). The water from the taps tasted awful, like pool water so you had to buy all your water/drinking needs. The aircon was piddly and didn't really keep the heat away.

What a good stay! The room was stylish, the shower excellently equipped, and the comfortable bed made it easy to relax. Breakfast was a feast with fresh options, and dinner showcased really good variety, all prepared well. Special thanks to the amazing staff.

Springy Single beds! - why cant they invest in some double beds?

The service was welcoming with parking outside. We had an extensive breakfast with fresh bread, cereal and pastries...

The atmosphere was divine, perfect for relaxation. Bonus, the bathroom toiletries felt luxurious, totally pampered!

Check-in took ages, and they forgot to ask if we wanted a welcome drink-seriously, how rude! It's like they were saving the bubbly for someone important!

This is an excellent hotel for families, with all meals buffet style, with plenty of choice and variety. Rooms are comfortable.

Our room was very hot on arrival and took a long time to cool down, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The air conditioning would have been ok, had it not switched off when removing the room key to leave the room. The promised free wi-fi was never available. It could be quite noisy at night, if going to bed before midnight.

Nothing is complicated about staying there and the room was adequate and clean enough.

There is a charge to use the safe and the room was fairly basic (although adequate and clean). An improvement would be more shower gell/shampoo sachets (when there is none) and a couple of basics (such as a spare pillow).

The beachfront location is perfect. The staff were friendly. The gym was well-equipped, a bonus for keeping up with my workouts!

Loved this nicely decorated accommodation with hard-working staff on the service received from the staff. The restaurant here was nice for lunch, we both ordered tasty dishes. We had a fantastic view of the bay and a nice bed.

The hotel was very good value on half board basis. I can't say enough about the food which was fresh and plentiful each and every day. Rooms were basic but coordinated at least and very clean. The hotel was predominantly made up of Italians staying there with very little English, which suited us. Good animation team to keep kids occupied and a varied programme of events for adults later in the evening. Not a place to stay if you're wanting to stay up all night and party but near enough by public transport if you wanted to go into Saint Eularia, which was lovely.
